I'm Heidi Rowntree, Realtor for the Gig Harbor, Bonney Lake and surrounding areas. I started selling real estate several years ago after traveling the world for 18 years as a Director, Choreographer, and Performer in Disney on Ice. My roots are in Gig Harbor and University Place, Washington, where my family owned a real estate brokerage company for 30 years. Before becoming a Realtor, I received my BA in Communications from the University of Washington, graduating Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa. I continue to educate myself in real estate, completing the requirements for the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) in 2005 and Certified Sales Professional (CSP) in 2006.

I specialize in new construction. Pierce County's new home market is very active and I spend as much time as it takes to research and keep up with all the new home communities. I just finished building my second home in Gig Harbor, so I understand the process well and know quality construction. Speaking of Gig Harbor.with its substantial amount of water frontage, Gig Harbor gives homeowners the opportunity to find beautiful views of Puget Sound and the Olympic or Cascade mountain ranges. I have traveled around the world and I always say, on a clear day, you are not going to find a more beautiful place.
